REFUND/RETURN POLICY
At Little Pines, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, intimate apparel) unless unopened and unused
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your payment provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at sales@littlepines.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue.
